powered by an internal combusting engine and equipped with a printer.
Hydraulically operated, the machine has a step less speed control, thus,
shunning any jerks while functioning of cable pulling. The unit is driven
throughout double capstan making sure of steady speed. The wire rope needs
for pay in or pay out to pull the cable is provided from a rope holding
drum which keeps the total wire rope wound on it and offers the same to
double capstan turret whenever it is needed. An auxiliary hydro motor
fixed to the rope drum winds and un-winds the rope. The unit is provided
with a wire rope directing mechanism which helps in appropriate laying of
the wire rope on drum.
The unit is fixed with a control panel in which a HMI and a PLC for programming to supply the needed data similar to set load; speed into the system is established. Further, it has exceptional attribute such as over load cut off and over speed cut off which are activated by load cell and speed sensors. This also shows the whole length of the cable pulled. The whole control panel is operated by a 12 volts battery and charged with the help of the alternator run by the engine.

Operated Cable Pulling Capstan Winch is basically used for pulling the
electrical cables from underground cabling. Driven through double capstan
making sure of consistent speed, the unit is hydraulically operated and
thereby has a step less speed control for avoiding jerks. The wire rope
needs for pay in or pay out to drag the cable is supplied from a rope
